Made with stoneware crank clay, porcelain, glaze. The wings are recycled tin, treated to create a slight rust patina then waxed to protect the surface.
Sirens are from Greek mythology traditionally portrayed as part woman and part bird, creatures that lured sailors to their deaths. Mine has a wee bird tag for the craic.
